Turkey baked with pumpkin

Ingredients:

- turkey on the bone 2 shanks

- Pumpkin flesh 500g

- mixture of prunes, raisins and dried figs 300g

- pears 1 kg

- lemon juice 1 tbsp

- olive oil

- garlic 3 cloves

- bay leaf

- salt, pepper

- Step 1

Chop the turkey into bite-sized pieces.
Cut carrots into large slices. Cut the onion into 2 pieces.

- Step 2

Place turkey shank in a pot and pour salted water over it. Add bay leaf and pepper.
Cook over medium heat for 45 minutes.

- Step 3

Pour hot water over the dried fruit and leave for 10-15 minutes, then pat dry on a paper towel.
Cut the pears into 4 pieces and remove the cores.

- Step 4.

Slice the pumpkin into 2-3 cm thick slices.
Mix pears and pumpkin in a bowl. Add lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.

- Step 5.

Place the pumpkin and pears in a baking dish. Then add the turkey from the pan to the mold.
Bake for 30-40 minutes at 180°.
