Paprikash with chicken

Ingredients:

- 750 g chicken breasts

- sweet bell pepper 4 units

- sour cream 125 ml

- 2 tomato

- onion

- sour apple 2 pcs

- parsley

- paprika 2 tbsp

- olive oil 150 ml

- flour, salt

- Step 1.

Slice the onion into slices.

Cut the peppers into small squares, having first removed the cores and seeds.

Slice the tomatoes and apples, chop the parsley finely.

- Step 2.

Cut the chicken breasts into small pieces.

Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the chicken until golden.

Remove the chicken from the pan to a plate.

- Step 3.

Add olive oil to the skillet and fry the onions and bell peppers.

Add flour and paprika to the pan, mix thoroughly and cook for 2 minutes.

- Step 4.

Now add the tomatoes and apples and cook for another 5 minutes.

Pour the sour cream into the pan, stir until smooth and salted.

- Step 5.

Place chicken in skillet, stir again.

Cover and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes.
